This is the Community Eldercare Services, LLC (CES) vision. Our business is to offer a wide range of management services by developing, operating, financing and marketing senior living properties throughout the continuum of eldercare services. Since 2000, CES has expertly handled all the details from initial feasibility studies, design and construction, to daily management of senior living communities. Currently, CES manages 19 skilled care facilities and assisted livings in Mississippi and Tennessee.

Doug Camp

Doug Wright, Jr.

     With over twenty-five years of experience in the healthcare industry, Doug Wright, Jr. is Managing Member and Chief Executive Officer of CES. As Managing Member and CEO, Mr. Wright is the steward of long-term care operations in Mississippi and Tennessee. His strategic vision for Community Eldercare Services, LLC is centered on one mission statement: Reconnecting People to Life Through Individuals Serving Individuals. In 2015, Mr. Wright was named a Healthcare Hero by the Mississippi Business Journal and presently serves as a Director on the National Multi-Facility Committee of the American Health Care Association, and a Board Member for the Mississippi Better Business Bureau.

     Kristen Minch is Vice President of Legal Affairs. She has played an integral part at Community Eldercare Services, LLC for 15 years and currently oversees the function of both the Human Resources and Legal Departments. Mrs. Minch holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science with honors from Mississippi University For Women, and a Juris Doctor from Cecil C. Humphries School of Law. She is an active member of the Mississippi, Tennessee and American Bar Associations. Mrs. Minch is instrumental in state and federal regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, HIPAA compliance, corporate compliance, end-of life decision making, and is passionate about resident’s rights.
