Specialized Bariatric Unit

Pleasant Hills Community Living Center has a specialized bariatric unit. This dedicated weight loss inpatient unit features furnishings and equipment designed with bariatric residents in mind. Our bariatric unit takes a team approach to weight loss involving all members of our resident care teams including physicians, nutritionist and therapists. Residents with bariatric needs receive extra time to recover, weight management attention and diet control.
